Areas of responsibility include:

• Activities to expand the University’s participation in international key funding programmes (Horizon Europe, Erasmus+ KA2, Fulbright,  etc.)
• Advice on procedures for preparing and submitting proposals for international projects
• Dissemination activities through various communication channels
• Coordination and further development of interdisciplinary teams for international project activities

Areas of responsibility include:

• Communications with institutions, organizations, and enterprises based in the Republic of Poland (i.e. Narodowa Agencja Wymiany Akademickiej – NAWA, Perspektywy Education Foundation, Sekcja Wychowankow Politechniki Kijowskei, Dziennik Kijowski, etc.)
• Content management of the Ukrainian-Polish Centre website
• Providing employment for international academics and volunteers, as well as legalising their status in Ukraine

Areas of responsibility include:

• Advice on procedures for preparing and submitting proposals for international projects under the ERASMUS+ programme
• Registration of educational international projects with the Department
• Organisation of meetings with heads of international offices
• Support of National Contact Points at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute within Horizon Europe, the EU’s flagship research and innovation programme

Areas of responsibility include:

• Monitoring of international key funding programs, and projects (search for information, assistance in preparing an application, ensuring implementation, analysis of results)
• Management of international projects of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute (Horizon Europe, NATO SPS, ERASMUS+, etc.)
• Advice on procedures for preparing and submitting proposals for international projects
• National Contact Point of Horizon Europe, the EU’s flagship research and innovation programme, for Cluster 5 “Climate, Energy and Mobility” in Ukraine

Areas of responsibility include:

• Coordination of international scientific and educational projects within the frameworks of Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, NATO SPS, and other international initiatives.
• Providing consultative support to university teams during the preparation of grant applications.
• Preparation of project documentation, partner search, and support for project implementation at various stages.
• Participation in the development of the international project activities of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and strengthening the university’s presence in the European research area.

Areas of responsibility include:

• Development and support of international cooperation between Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and foreign universities, research institutions, foundations, and international organizations.
• Coordination of communication with international partners, preparation of informational materials, and support of the university’s international cooperation activities.
• Participation in the organization of international conferences, information days, working meetings, and presentations, as well as support for initiatives aimed at expanding academic and scientific cooperation.

Areas of responsibility include:

• Monitoring of current international grant competitions, funding programmes, academic opportunities, and partnership initiatives for researchers, academic staff, young scientists, and students of the university.
• Preparation and dissemination of informational materials on international opportunities, as well as support for communication between the structural units of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute in the field of international cooperation and activities.
