• Advice on procedures for preparing and submitting proposals for international projects
• Dissemination activities through various communication channels

• National Contact Point of Horizon Europe, the EU’s flagship research and innovation programme, in the area of “Enhancing participation and strengthening the European Research Area” in Ukraine
• Advice on procedures for preparing and submitting proposals for international projects under Horizon Europe
• Monitoring of international key funding programmes, and projects (Horizon Europe, grants of the American

Areas of responsibility include:

• Monitoring of international key funding programs, and projects (search for information, assistance in preparing an application, ensuring implementation, accounting, analysis of results)
• Management of international projects of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute (ERASMUS+, etc.)
• Advice on procedures for preparing and submitting proposals for international projects
• National Contact Point of Horizon Europe, the EU’s flagship research and innovation programme, for Cluster 5 “Climate, Energy and Mobility” in Ukraine

Areas of responsibility include:

• Communications with institutions, organizations, and enterprises based in the Republic of Poland (i.e. Narodowa Agencja Wymiany Akademickiej – NAWA, Perspektywy Education Foundation, Sekcja Wychowankow Politechniki Kijowskei, Dziennik Kijowski, etc.)
• Content management of the Ukrainian-Polish Centre website
• Providing employment for international academics and volunteers, as well as legalising their status in Ukraine

Areas of responsibility include:

• Advice on procedures for preparing and submitting proposals for international projects under the ERASMUS+ programme
• Registration of educational international projects in the Department
• Organisation of meetings with heads of international offices
• Support of National Contact Points at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute within Horizon Europe, the EU’s flagship research and innovation programme

• Assistance to departments in preparing and submitting projects to competitions within international funding programmes
• Management of international projects carried out by university’s structural subdivisions
• Monitoring of international key funding programmes
• Monitoring of quantitative data of departments in the field of international project and grant
