Directions of activity:

• Activities to expand the University’s participation in international educational, scientific and technical programs (Erasmus+, Fulbright, Horizon Europe, etc.)
• Consultations on the procedures for preparing and submitting international projects
• Activities of national contact points of the European Union Framework Program (Horizon Europe) operating on the basis of the University
• Dissemination through the “Dzherelo” system of relevant information in the field of international cooperation, in particular, about competitions for international projects, programs

Areas of activity:

• Preparation and accounting of correspondence with institutions, organizations, enterprises in the Republic of Poland
• Information support of the website of the Ukrainian-Polish Center (information content of the website, dissemination of information about the Center’s activities through the website and other media)
• Work with the Section of KPI students in Poland
• Work with the Polish Institute in Kyiv, the representative office of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Kyiv, with the newspaper “Dziennik Kijowski”, the Union of Poles of Ukraine, the Union of Poles in Kyiv, with the Polish Educational Foundation “Perspektywy”
• Work with the National Agency of Exchanges of Poland NAWA

Areas of activity:

• Consultations on the procedures for preparing and submitting international projects to competitions of Horizon Europe, ERASMUS+ (KA2 level), NATO Science for Peace and Security, etc.
• Assistance to departments in preparing and submitting projects to competitions of international funding programs
• Management of international projects implemented by structural units of the university
• Monitoring of international scientific, technical and educational programs
• Monitoring of quantitative data of departments in the field of international project and grant

• Consultations on the procedures for preparing and submitting international projects under the ERASMUS+ program
• Registration of educational international projects in the Department
• Organization of meetings with heads of international offices
• Support of National Contact Points at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute of the EU Framework Program for Research and Innovation “Horizon Europe”

• Monitoring of international scientific, technical and educational programs and projects (search for information, assistance in preparing an application, ensuring implementation, accounting, analysis of results)
• Management of international projects of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute (ERASMUS+, etc.)

• Consultations on procedures for preparing and submitting international projects
